top 10 or 15 mm getting clearer
hardly any bubbling action at this point
the crud is falling down and settling on the bottom
the yeast is slowing down
not as much gas is being produced
balloon is not as taut
when i bleed gas out of the balloon it takes longer to refill
a reasonably deep layer of crud is forming in the bottom

i will give it a few more days to stop gassing
maybe a couple more on top of that
to let the rest of the crud settle
